Nature-Based Therapy in the Outdoors

Lana offers one-to-one Nature-Based Therapy in the outdoors at various places of natural beauty near Brighton, Sussex.

Lana combines Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) with the proven physical and psychological benefits of Ecotherapy — incorporating movement, walking, and deep immersion in nature to support emotional healing and well-being.

If you, or your child, struggle (for whatever reason) to sit and talk in a traditional therapy setting, or if you have personally noticed the mental health benefits of nature connection and being outdoors, this approach may be of particular benefit.

Please contact Lana for more information.
