Nature-Based Therapy in the Outdoors
Lana offers one-to-one Nature-Based Therapy in the outdoors at various places of natural beauty near Brighton, Sussex.

Lana combines Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) with the healing, physical and mental health, benefits of Ecotherapy, being outdoors, walking and moving, and being fully immersed in nature.

If you, or your child, struggle (for whatever reason) to sit and talk in a therapy room, or if you have noticed personally the mental health benefits of nature connection and being outdoors, this approach may be of particular benefit.
