Parent Empowerment:
A 6-week Course

This 6-week Group Parent Empowerment programme is based on the Parenting Wheel and Group Parent Empowerment Protocol (G-PEP) developed by Ana Gomez (EMDR Consultant and Parent-Child Attachment Specialist).
We will gather together to learn tools to approach parenting with greater self-awareness & self-compassion. Building on your own inner resources, strengths and confidence, we will explore and practice parenting capacities such as: co-regulation, mirroring, reflective communication and more. With increased awareness we can reduce parenting stress, respond with more clarity and calm, and can fully appreciate more of the precious moments with our family.

Mindfulness Across Borders: 10-week Course for Women
Tuesday mornings
Outdoor Garden Venue, Brighton

This 10-week outdoor mindfulness course is for women with refugee or asylum seeking status in Sussex.
The course includes nature connection, mindfulness, yoga/movement, ecotherapy, nature-craft, and wellbeing activities in a safe & secluded garden setting.
