One-to-One Sessions
Lana offers specialist one-to-one mindfulness-based therapy sessions to children, teenagers, and adults.
The practices are individually tailored to your, and/or your child's, unique mental health needs to support you with difficulties related to stress, anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

An 8-week course
Lana offers an adapted version of the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) 8-week course to young people (14-18yrs) and to parents/carers.
