Join Lana for a deeply restorative day retreat in nature, designed especially for mothers seeking connection, renewal, and support. Surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors, we will gather as a community of women to slow down, reconnect, and replenish.

This retreat weaves together:

  • Nature-connection practices to ground and restore

  • Parent-Child EMDR resources, including insights from "The Parenting Wheel" (Ana Gomez) to support healing and growth

  • Yoga therapy to nurture body and mind

  • Mindfulness and self-compassion practices

  • Fire circle for warmth, storytelling, and shared wisdom

 

Throughout the day, we will share nourishing food and tea, creating space for community, rest, and renewal. This is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with a circle of supportive women.
