Parental Mental Health

Parenting can be one of the most rewarding and joyful human experiences. It can also be one of the most exhausting, challenging and stressful. Becoming a parent can stir up our own trauma or relationship difficulties from the past. Anxiety, depression and trauma can impact on our own wellbeing, but also on our ability to parent the way would like to. Working on your own mental and emotional wellbeing can help support you and your whole family.

Lana offers clinical psychology sessions to parents to work on their own mental health and wellbeing, as well as exploring family relationships and parenting strategies.

Sessions may be for individuals and/or may involve other family members.
