Lana offers specialist mindfulness and yoga therapy sessions to children, teenagers, and adults. The practices are individually tailored to your (or your child's) unique mental health needs to support you with difficulties related to stress, anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).  Lana will also provide you with audio tracks and materials to support you (or your child) to develop a home practice to benefit your mental health into the future.
